Designed for a growing family, this home replaced the owners’ original family home on this site, in the inner city.
A upstairs master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite creates a relaxing parents retreat. Two little girls’ bedrooms are downstairs, with an additional vestibule outside the bathroom to accommodate the children as they grow older.
The home was built up on stumps and timber framing to work with the existing sloping terrain, avoiding expensive retaining costs. Neutral colours are used throughout the home, creating a fresh, clean and airy feeling. With a modern facade, it blends subtly with the inner city streetscape.
