Eco Friendly Elegance
Despite its contemporary feel and inner city location, this home was constructed with eco friendly principles. The timber frame was constructed with Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified timber, meaning the timber came from a forest that been managed responsibly.
To minimise earthworks, the design worked with the natural sloping terrain of the lot via an internal step down to the rear of the property. Here, living and entertaining makes maximum use of the views to the surrounding parklands. A Juliet balcony from the master bedroom also has superb views.
